초음파 영상 장치 FineSAT는 반도체 패키지, 전자 부품, 세라믹 · 금속 · 수지 부품 등의 내부 공극, 균열, 박리 등의 결함을 초음파를 이용하여 비파괴로 영상화하는 장치입니다. X 선 장치, 적외선 검사 장비, 광학 현미경으로는 감지 할 수없는 나노 미터 수준의 불량도 발견 할 수 있습니다.

FineSAT의 3 대째가되는 FineSAT Ⅲ은 정평이 나있는 해상도 등의 기본 성능에 고속 자동 측정, 투과 · 반사 동시 측정 기능 및 결함 자동 판정 기능 등의 해석 소프트웨어의 적용이 가능합니다. 또한, 결함 데이터의 대량 저장 등의 사용성 향상도 실현하여 생산 공정에서 대량 검사에서 연구 개발에 이르기까지 다양한 용도로 활용되고 있습니다.

FineSAT visualizes non-destructively internal voids, cracks, and delamination of packages, components, ceramics, metals, and resin. Even detects nano-level defects cannot be detected by X-rays, infrared, or optics.

FineSAT Ⅲ에서는 파형 분석, 측정 및 박리 판정 깊이 맵 등의 해석 소프트웨어를 더욱 발전 시켰습니다.
± 위상 절대 강도, 깊이 데이터를 실시간으로 비교할 수 있습니다. 파형 중첩 표시는 다른 시간 축에서 자동으로 시간 축이 조정 된 저장도 할 수 있습니다. 또한 화소간 보간 처리와 자동 콘트라스트등 보다 보기 쉬운 데이터를 쉽게 얻을 수 있습니다.
멀티 게이트는 최대 64개의 게이트 설정이 가능하며, 각 게이트의 데이터와 측정 조건의 일괄 저장 및 이미지 데이터를 1개의 파일에서 확인 가능합니다.
또한 파형을 캡처, 오프라인 게이트상 위치 변경하여 영상을 다시 그리기 기능도 표준 장비하고 있습니다. FFT 분석 또는 3D 뷰어 소프트웨어 (옵션)을 추가하여보다 입체적인 초음파 영상 데이터를 구축 할 수있어 내부의 구조 분석을 강력하게 지원합니다.

FineSAT Ⅲ has much advanced analysis software such as waveform analysis/measuring and delamination judge depth map.
±Phase absolute intensity and depth data can be compared in real time. Waveform overlay display can also be saved with the time axis adjusted automatically from a different time axis. In addition, you can easily obtain easier-to-view data such as interpixel interpolation processing and automatic contrast.
Up to 64 multi gated images in 1 image file.
