Twin Probe

고정밀 대응용 싱글 프로브와 UPH 대응용 어레이 프로브를 동시에 장착 가능합니다. 싱글 / 어레이 프로브의 전환은 프로브 선택 화면에서 마우스 조작으로 전환 할 수 있습니다.

High Speed

어레이 프로브를 사용한 측정은 단일 프로브의 측정보다 약 3 ~ 10 배 (*) 의 속도로 이미지를 볼 수 있습니다.
(* : 당사 대비 측정 조건에 따름)

Combination

어레이 프로브는 25,50,75MHz 중 최적의 프로브를 선정하여 드립니다. 싱글 프로브는 기종에 따라 5~300MHz의 프로브를 사용할 수 있습니다.
어레이 프로브에 의한 고속 측정 후, 특정 구역 - Region of Interest 를 단일 프로브에서 측정, 고화질 이미지 분석 평가 등의 업무에 획기적인 효율성 향상을 불러옵니다.
